Experienced Conveyancing Secretary required for one of the region's well known High Street firms
An established legal name in the West Sussex region with several established offices with the firm continuing to go from strength to strength. The firm require a good all-round legal secretary to provide additional support general legal administrative duties to one of their popular conveyancers.
The ideal candidate would have experience / knowledge of the conveyancing process. Key attributes for the role are a significant amount of experience in working in private practice in a legal secretarial role. This would include, fast accurate and efficient typing, excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and stay organised in a busy legal office environment with a good grasp of relevant IT systems and additional knowledge of case management could prove beneficial.
This is a great office to work in, busy but friendly and it's a small team that all seem to work very well together, support staff are highly valued and appreciated for the work they do.
