There are 2 opportunities within the department and their ideal candidates would have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience handing a full conveyancing caseload. You will have had experience with high net worth individuals, high value properties as you will be carrying a case load of sale, purchase, new builds, shared ownership, transfer of equity and remortgage. Exposure to dealing with freehold and leasehold as well as registered and unregistered land will prove beneficial.

You will be expected to manage your own caseload, dealing with an array of more complex matters, having the help of support staff, from whom you will be expected to provide supervision for, therefore this is a great opportunity to develop some managerial responsibilities. You will have scope for further development in this role and progress your career upwards.

You will be dealing with an affluent client base across Liverpool, Crosby, Formby and Southport, and working in a team of 5 in a traditional high street environment of low volume matters. You will be part of a friendly, locally recognised team and be meeting with clients on a face to face basis as part of your role.
