This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is looking to reduce their hours without having to take a career break, and to continue working with a reputable firm on a good variety of residential property transactional matters including:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of Equity
• Remortgages
• Shared ownership and New build matters

My client are looking for friendly, hard working and organised individuals to join the team and add to the fantastic workplace culture.

Salary: £27000-£32000 depending on experience
