Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal at a niche commercial firm based in Tameside. The conveyancing department was established 6 years ago and is headed by a highly respected conveyancing Lawyer & Partner. The intention is to grow the team size over the course of the next few years, however this opportunity is a pivotal appointment as you will be working directly for a Team Manager & Senior Conveyancer.

The role will see you support an the Partner & Senior Conveyancer with their caseload of of sales & purchase, remortgage, equity release, new builds, right to buy and other residential property transactions. You will be assisting on all duties from inception to completion but experience of dealing with SDLT submissions, land registry searches, drafting contracts and liaising with clients on a regular basis.

You will be bright and enthusiastic with outstanding academics, and a desire to get things done. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need to have had at least 1 years’ experience gained within a busy residential conveyancing department. There will be opportunities to progress and move into a fee earning role as this firm do provide fantastic training to junior staff and actively support career progression.

This practice encourages flexible working and there would also be a desire for you to quickly progress into a fee earning role and to develop your own career, whilst being given hands on 1-2-1 training & supervision.

Salary dependant on experience, although up to £23,000 for the right person. You will also qualify for their attractive benefits scheme following an initial probationary period. Please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for more information on this role.
