My clients have a new vacancy for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to provide administrative support to the Conveyancing lawyers in their Bradford office.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide administrative assistance to the Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage their caseload of instructions, which will include opening and closing files.
- Processing tasks and correspondence on the case management system.
- Using the land registry portal to request title documents and submit applications for registrations.
- Use the LMS and lender exchange portals to download documents.
- Liaise with clients on behalf of the lawyers, to ensure excellent client service levels are maintained.
About you

- Excellent organisational skills are essential, and you should ideally be familiar with using case management systems (preferably P4W).
- You must have a professional, accurate and methodical approach to work and enjoy a busy workload. You will need to demonstrate initiative, be proactive, and, most importantly, you should enjoy working as part of a team.
- We take pride in delivering excellent client service, so you will also need to be skilled in managing communications, both over the telephone and in writing.
