Description

Residential Conveyancer

Hailsham, East Sussex

Experienced Conveyancer required to lead at the Hailsham office for one of the leading East Sussex firms,

A refreshing change for 'unfairly treated' conveyancers, a firm that will provide you with the right support and realistic expectations on completions and 'targets'

It's no secret that conveyancers have been under the hammer for what seems like some considerable time.

I am working with a firm who are looking to both underpin and grow the headcount in their residential team which spans a number of East Sussex locations.

They are looking for an experienced conveyancer to lead dept at one of their several East Sussex locations.

The conveyancing team take a more bespoke approach with their work. The firm focus on developing long term clients and provide them with an all encompassing legal service for life, with conveyancing forming part of that offering. Therefore you will not find referral fee related work piled high on your desk with unrealistic numbers to achieve. In fact the firm would rather ensure you have the right support and will not overload you with an unmanageable caseload.

If you are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and would like to find out how you can bring some balance back into your life and still enjoy the opportunities to further your career at an established name then I would be pleased to speak to you about improving your current situation.
