An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work in my client’s conveyancing team.

The Role:

• Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work
• Applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision
• A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.
• The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills.
• This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years’ technical experience within residential conveyancing and who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
