I am working with a regional practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Conveyancer to join them at one of their offices close to Pontefract.

The firm is multi-office and multi-service but with a firm commitment and focus on personal law. It is a friendly place to work and has a great family feel.

This role is to join a property team that is really busy and has excellent contacts in the Pontefract area. The team at this office is small and close-knit and the caseload traditional focusing on quality service over quantity.

It is a varied role and you will be carrying a full caseload of sale and purchase residential property matters including leasehold and freehold titles, and transfers of equity, remortgages, new build work and help to buy schemes.

The right candidate will have 1 year+ experience of carrying their own caseload, and also be comfortable with business development, going out into the community and maintaining and growing relationships with providers of work.
