The successful candidate will be a paralegal ideally with experience in the area of contentious wills and probate. Alternatively, the firm will consider candidates with experience in the area of non contentious private client work who is eager to transition into a contentious role. 

The firm enjoys a top rate reputation in this type of work and as a result attracts a steady flow of instructions concerning high net worth individuals.

The salary for this role will be based on experience but due to the calibre of the firm it will be towards the top end of market rate for the Oxfordshire area.
