NQ+ | Contentious Trusts and Probate | Various Locations

A Legal 500 firm is looking for an NQ-4PQE Solicitor in contentious trusts and probate Solicitor to assist their Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to interesting and high quality work at a top law firm.

The role will involve assisting the department as a whole in meeting its fee earning targets by providing advice and assistance to clients of the departments as well as other departments of the firm.

You will be tasked with conducting matters on behalf of clients, maintaining their client base and where appropriate, demonstrating good management skills in terms of supervision of junior staff and delegation of work. 

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Wills and Probate, seek to achieve targets and able to develop a client/referrer base. 

Various locations will be considered, meaning the role is commutable from Surrey and London.
