Contentious Construction Associate / Senior Associate - Bristol

The Role:
The Bristol-based construction team is looking for a construction lawyer with around 2 years or more of experience. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including both contentious and non-contentious work across various sectors such as waste, infrastructure, higher education, health, and commercial property development.
In this role, you will:
- Draft, negotiate, and provide advice on various construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC, IET, ACA).
- Collaborate with clients at different stages of construction projects, both in the private and public sectors.
- Work with a wide range of clients, from property developers and contractors to investors, funders, and consultants.
- Engage in social and interactive work, fostering a collaborative environment with colleagues from our different offices.
While remote work is an option, the ability to spend time in the Bristol office to fully experience the culture would be a positive.
