Description

Join a Leading Construction Law Team – Bristol or Cardiff (Hybrid)

I'm looking to speak with Construction Associates interested in joining a top-tier Legal 500 national law firm, based in Bristol or Cardiff, with hybrid working options. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and bonus.

The firm is known for its innovative legal solutions and exceptional client service. With a collaborative culture, the firm supports professional growth and serves a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.

In this role, you will advise clients on a wide range of construction matters, both contentious and non-contentious, with a focus on dispute resolution, contract drafting, and negotiation. You will manage a varied caseload, handling everything from reviewing and amending construction documents to working on high-stakes litigation.

The construction team is renowned for its expertise across all stages of construction projects, with experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, and residential property. You will contribute to high-profile infrastructure projects, managing both contentious and non-contentious matters, while representing clients in adjudications, arbitrations, and TCC litigation.

You'll have at least 4 years' PQE and a strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious construction law. Experience with JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts is essential, and familiarity with dispute resolution mechanisms like adjudication, arbitration, and TCC litigation is desirable. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a solutions-focused approach are key to this role.

Joining this firm offers exposure to high-value projects, a balanced mix of work, career development opportunities, and a competitive salary. You will be part of a supportive, dynamic team with opportunities for mentorship, business development, and professional growth.
If you're looking to take the next step in your career with a top-tier national law firm, reach out!
