This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading Offshore Law firm with offices across BVI, Cayman, Jersey, Guernsey, Bermuda and more. Known as the Offshore Magic Circle

Now with a brilliant opportunity to join them and lead on all elements of compliance across Guernsey, this is a sole role within the compliance function reporting directly to the Group Director of Compliance based in Cayman.

You will act as MLCO for the Guernsey office, the main point of contact for all compliance. This person will assist with drafting responses, policies and procedures and keeping up to date with legislation and guidance changes. Continuously improving processes and sharing best practice throughout the firm, completing any additional ADHOC tasks.

You will bring?

•  5+ Years experience in a highly regulated environment, Financial Services or Law.
• Compliance qualification
• Incredible understanding of CDD and EDD, using screening tools.
