Company Commercial Law Solicitor - Bournemouth

Regarded law firm rated in the legal 500 is seeking to expand the Company Commercial Team and recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years + PQE.

The firm deal with a range of clients across various sectors including SME's, Entrepreneurs, Large organisations and some Public Sector bodies.

The role will involve handling a diverse caseload of work relating to all aspects of company matters including shareholder agreements, terms of business, advising on broad matters and some corporate issues.

This is a challenging role and requires a solicitor with previous expertise gained and able to work on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements and assist the department with developing this offering further
