Essentially if you are an NQ with prior experience in the commercial sector or perhaps already have a few years' PQE to you name and are looking to take your career to the next level this is a role you should consider!

The commercial team has seen an influx of new clients with the arrival of a new partner to the team. Clients include private limited companies, owner managed businesses of all sizes, UK subsidiaries of major foreign companies and multi-national household names. In this role you will work very closely with the partner providing key support on some major client names and pieces of work as you develop your own expertise further and over time begin to manage your own fuels and establish yourself further. 

Examples of work may include: 

  • Advising on commercial issues, intellectual property and contracts for the UK subsidiaries of multi-national conglomerates
  • Advising publicly-traded companies on GDPR and data compliance
  • Advised overseas companies on the negotiation of £multi-million agreements with governmental departments
  • Drafting terms and conditions for worldwide travel operators across multiple territories 
  • Advising multinational restaurant sector businesses on UK distribution and logistics agreements
  • Working with Europoean airline and holiday operators on commercial arrangements
  • Working with a leading IT managed service providers on UK and cross-border contracts
