Our client is looking to add a Commercial Solicitor for a 12-month fixed term contract starting ASAP. This position would be best suited to a Commercial Solicitor with a proven track record gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.

Remote Working Opportunity - The head office is currently in Lancaster and they would consider candidates who can come into the office one day a week. If candidates wanted to work in the office more than one day a week that too is possible.

The right candidate must be able and comfortable, advising and assisting the business, working closely with senior executives within the business and stakeholders internationally.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Advise and support the Company on other legal matters including, but not limited to, data protection, compliance, disputes, employment and property
• Be a UK qualified solicitor with a proven track record
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to your work

Our client envisages that candidates with between Newly Qualified – 4 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
