Typical responsibilities shall include:

• Building engagement across the business
• Contribute/deliver training 
• Assist with marketing, bids and tenders
• Develop a knowledge bank 
• Research law, keep up to date with changes in the sector and ensure all relevant parties are updated continually
• Identify training requirements and help to deliver this training 
• Work closely with IT and the Business Operations Manger to develop/update the case management system for commercial real estate
• Be a positive force and point of knowledge for the Commercial Real Estate Team
