My client, a Liverpool based commercial law firm, are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 1 PQE + to join their practice.

Responsibilities:
 
Handle a Diverse Caseload: Utilize your well-rounded experience to independently manage a diverse caseload of commercial property files, showcasing your expertise and legal acumen.
Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on various commercial property matters, ensuring clients receive top-tier service and guidance.
Drafting and Negotiation: Skillfully draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents pertinent to commercial property transactions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional communication and client management skills.
 
Requirements:
 
Qualified Solicitor: At least 1 year of post-qualification experience (1 PQE +) in commercial property law.
Strong Legal Expertise: Demonstrated experience handling a wide range of commercial property files, showcasing a deep understanding of relevant legal frameworks and practices.
Excellent Communication: Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for successful collaboration with clients and colleagues.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team while also possessing the capability to independently manage responsibilities.
