A well-established Merseyside firm is looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their already thriving and friendly team. The position offers the following:

Great salary up to £60,000
Career Progression to a Senior Position
Great Bonus Scheme up to an additional £8,000

The ideal candidate will have around 2 / 3 years + experience all aspects of commercial property, to include, but not limit to, sales and purchases, acquisitions, development agreements, preparing and negotiating leases.

The successful candidate will be:

• Highly organised and efficient;
• Competent and tactical solicitor with an ability to analyse risk and utilise commercial knowledge;
• Enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of client care;
• Have a good, practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements;
• Possess exceptional attention to detail.
