A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join a highly regarded firm in Leeds. . The Role

This role offers a broad scope of high-quality commercial property work, with a particular focus on retail clients and well-known brands. Junior solicitors work closely with partners, gaining hands-on experience in complex and rewarding transactions. Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, and asset management.
  • Advising well-known retail clients on their property portfolios.
  • Working closely with partners to develop technical expertise and build strong client relationships.
  • Getting involved in business development initiatives and networking events.

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for a motivated and commercially-minded solicitor (1-4 years PQE) with experience in commercial property. The ideal candidate will be:
 

  •  Technically strong with a solid understanding of commercial property transactions.
