I am working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded legal 500-tiered firm in their Birmingham City Centre office. This established practice have offices throughout the UK and deal with a full range of commercial property transactions, and thus enjoy a steady, reliable and varied caseload.

We are looking for an organised, friendly, and highly motivated individual to join the high performing team and take on an existing caseload, as well as assist with business development efforts.

The role will involve working on matters such as:

• Sale, Purchase, and Leases of all types of commercial property
• Real Estate Development
• Leasing of offices, shops, industrial units and estates
• Commercial Estate Developments
• Auction Property Sales

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE handling commercial property transactional work.

Salary: £45000-£55000 depending on experience
