Commercial Property Solicitor - Loughborough 

A well regarded and longstanding high street style Solicitors practice is looking to recruit into their commercial property team in Loughborough. 

The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with upwards of 5 years PQE in dealing with a caseload of commercial property matters. 

The team deals with a range of matters on behalf of their clients including things such as acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and land, commercial leases, licenses and development type matters.

They enjoy a really strong reputation in this area and are able to attract a regular flow of instructions on interesting and varied work.

As well as having the relevant technical experience you will have a friendly and personable nature in order to fit into the current team and provide a friendly and professional service to your clients. 

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience and they are open to the level of seniority from 5 year PQE upwards. They will consider a senior associate or director level hire for the right person
