QED Legal are recruiting for an award-winning firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to work at their office near to Sutton. This full service law firm are well ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500 across all their practice areas. The firm have a culture that stands them out in the market, and offer good progression and career prospects.

The role will see you undertaking all forms of Commercial Property and land development work. The firm are well known for the property work they do and are the preferred supplier for many Commercial agents. With a network of offices across Surrey and London, they are able to service an array of clients, from to SME's to listed companies across a variety of sectors. The work is varied and interesting and includes acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasehold work, development and corporate support.

You will have experience in Commercial Real Estate and have a desire to participate in marketing and networking activities. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have over 5 years' PQE, but applications are welcomed from any suitably experienced Commercial Property lawyer.
