QED Legal are keen to speak with a Commercial Property Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executive with specialism in Real Estate, regarding a role we have for a well-respected and recognised top tier law firm in Basildon, Essex.
 
The ideal candidate will be a senior solicitor with upwards of 5 years of experience within commercial property, be capable of managing a mixed & varied real estate caseload.
 
The successful department you will join is recognised in LEgal 500 for most of their sectors, including their commercial Property team. 
 
The department is specialist on advising high quality work, namely:

• Buying and Selling Property 
• Acquisitions & Disposals
• Property Development
• Sales & Purchase
• Commercial Landlord & Tenant
• Charities & insolvency

This firm have a good package, incldusive of a bonus scheme, flexiblle working, 25 days holiday, and other things such as cycle to work scheme, medicash plan etc.
