Commercial Property Solicitor - Sutton Coldfield

A respected regional practice continues with its expansion and now wishes to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to its well-regarded Real Estate Team.

The Commercial Property Team deals with the full remit of real estate matters and is renowned for dealing with all aspects of commercial property related matters acting for both commercial landowners, lenders and borrowers; a varied caseload with a range of high-quality property transactions including specialising in landlord and tenant, acquisition of commercial property, commercial property finance, commercial and residential development and corporate support.

You will be advising a portfolio of commercial clients including landowners, regional house builders and developers on matters including site acquisition, disposal and set ups, grants of leases and lease extensions and commercial finance.
I am looking to speak to qualified Commercial Property Solicitors (6 years + PQE), ideally gained in a similar environment. You will be a confident communicator and enjoy client contact, with marketing and business development skills.
