Commercial Property Solicitor – Slough

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor of around 7 years PQE to join an award-winning, Legal 500 firm with a thriving commercial property department.

As a successful candidate, you will be handling a diverse range of high-quality commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements. The role will involve commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases, and assignment of leases when acting for the landlord or tenant. You will contribute to growing the department and have the opportunity for excellent career progression within the firm.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability and desire to grow the client base and generate business for the firm. You should be able to handle commercial transactions from beginning to end with minimal supervision, meet fee earning targets, and possess excellent client communication skills. You must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask.

The ideal candidate will have trained and practiced in an established and reputable law firm. You will be working closely with the firm's Senior Commercial Property Partner, often under a deadline be responsible for handling and preparing sensitive documents.
