Long established Legal 500 Sussex name with several offices across the region. 

The team requires an experienced solicitor or Legal Executive to manage their own case commercial property work based at the Worthing office. You'll work alongside a very well established Partner and provide support on some of the larger pieces of work across the team as a whole. you can expect a good mix of work ranging from Sales & Acquisitions, Leases, Development, Landlord & Tenant, Investment and Portfolio Management and Finance work too. 

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3yrs PQE and be competent in managing your own casework with a desire to develop your expertise. Further training and development will of course be provided by the Partners and you would also be expected to play an active role in the further commercial growth of the team and business development activity.
