QED Legal are working with a boutique law practice new to Leeds who are looking to grow their team in the Yorkshire market.

The firm, headquartered in London, has taken it’s first steps in the North over the last few months and has hit the ground running and is really busy with work.

The Head of the Leeds office is a young and dynamic Partner who is looking for someone to work closely with them dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters. The work the firm currently deals with ranges from region Yorkshire work, good quality London work (they recently completed on a £25m purchase), with some Middle East work too.

Ideally the right candidate will be around the NQ-4yr PQE level who is really looking to have autonomy in a small team, get involved in decent work from the start, and see genuine career progression where they are not just a cog in a machine but a valued and important team member who can help shape how the Leeds team grows.

There is flexibility here too around working arrangements – 2-3 days in the office or vice versa, and the ability to work start and finish times to suit you around core hours.

Salary is competitive and there is a generous bonus scheme too where you keep 10% of anything you bill over £100k
