An opportunity to be the lead Solicitor for commercial property in West Sussex at this national firm with a growing network of offices across the UK. Plenty of autonomy on offer for a developing practice with good connections and lines of business already established.
If you are a Sussex based Commercial Property Lawyer seeking the chance to lead a team and grow a practice further this role could provide the ideal opportunity for you in 2022. The firm have a network of established offices Spanning the Northwest, Midlands and down through the Southern Counties.
They are seeking a competent individual well versed in all matters Commercial Property. Experiecne to date would ideally include the sale and purchase of commercial property, sale of business assets, sale of property at auction, Landlord and Tenant transactions including: leases; renewals; licences to assign, licence to sublet, Licence to alter applications; surrenders, Pension scheme transactions and Land registry applications including first registrations, and assisting with adverse possession and Dealing with Section 25 notices as well as acting on behalf of management companies.
This is a relatively new office already showing great signs of success, with a healthy pipeline of business being built and a good deal of potential for further growth. With a junior team also in place all of the ingredients are the for a motivated individual to take the department forward and be suitably rewarded for the teams future success.
A competitive salary is on offer with an annual bonus and good support from the firm's partnership team.
