A leading local name in the Hampshire and Surrey legal community is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their friendly and successful team. 

The Firm
Established at several sites across the Hampshire and Surrey regions the firm offers good quality legal services focused on the private individual, families, commercial interests as well as agricultural and rural matters. They have over many decades built a very sound reputation for delivering to and above expectations  of what is a very loyal client base. 

The Role
A new opportunity has arisen on the commercial property team for a qualified solicitor (or FCILEx equivalent). The team are looking for an individual with at least have a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a commercial property team. The team deal with a broad range of commercial and agricultural property work. You will manage your own caseload from start to finish

Suitability
You should be able to demonstrate competencies in managing your own caselaod. You will of course have all the support required when needed to tackle more complex matters and the are good procedure in place to ensure your professional development is catered for. In addition, a good legal support team exists to ensure you can concentrate on the matters pertinent to you managing your client outcomes successfully.

The firm have built their reputation on client care, and seek individuals with particularly high standards in this area with plenty of client contact expected and a good head for recognising further opportunities to develop more work.
