A prominent Newcastle-based law firm is on the lookout for a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join its thriving Property team. If you're a real estate lawyer with a knack for managing a wide range of cases and a passion for top-tier client service, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing
You'll dive into a mix of commercial property work: acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. With a focus on landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and commercial licenses, you’ll bring your expertise to every transaction. You’ll also play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and helping the team succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload from start to finish
• Advising clients on landlord/tenant matters, finance, and commercial licenses
• Building strong client connections and delivering first-rate service
• Working closely with your team to meet shared goals
• Getting involved in business development to boost the firm’s profile

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence in handling real estate transactions independently
• Solid drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of property law and regulations
• Ideally 3+ years’ PQE in real estate law
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• A drive to provide high-quality legal support
