UK top 100 firm seeking to add a further solicitor to join an established real estate team due to new client wins bringing a significant amount of work 
 
The role would be perfect for any real estate solicitor who has prior experience in dealing with all aspects of residential development /housebuilder clients, seeking to develop their own career at a highly regarded multi-disciplinary national law practice.

The firm has a national residential development team in place, which is very well regarded and covers every aspect of the home building process, from land purchase, planning, construction, site set up and plot conveyancing. The team acts for many of the UK’s largest volume housebuilders, land companies, smaller traditional builders and niche start-up ventures. 
 
The team has close to fifty specialist lawyers across five separate locations with a broad range of expertise with a great senior team in place including former directors of housebuilding clients.
