Commercial Property Partner - Maidstone/Canterbury

My client is a leading firm based in North Kent. They pride themselves on their ability to provide a personal service combined with the highest quality of advice, and have built an enviable reputation for their commercial work. They are looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Partner to join their growing team.

This firm acts for private and corporate land owners, property developers and builders; dealing with the legal and financial aspects of building, buying, selling, leasing or sub-letting of shops, offices, industrial and commercial premises. The team are very well respected, and many of the solicitors working there have come from City practices.

You will be a Commercial Property Partner with demonstrable experience within Commercial Property, including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant and sales & development work and keen to take that step up. 

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience plus an excellent benefits package and the opportunity of hybrid working on offer. The position is commutable from Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford and Maidstone.
