Description
A new Legal 500 law firm opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to take on a mixed caseload of commercial and property litigation matters.
The firm deals with a broad range of commercial disputes ranging from contractual disputes, commercial fraud, injunctive relief, dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration, intellectual property, construction disputes, property litigation and professional negligence. You will work across matters such as corporate disputes, unfair prejudice petitions, breach of shareholders agreements, winding up petitions as well as the recovery of service charge and ground rent arrears, lease extensions, right to manage claims and contested lease extensions and costs and disputed service charges.
The Property litigation work is a mix of residential and commercial, from landlord and tenant disputes, possession, trespass / boundary disputes, through to rent arrears, 1954 Act lease renewals, and everything in between.
You will be joining a team of 14.
