A great option for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join one of the established central Eastbourne firms.  A key position for the ongoing development of the team working closely with the Head of Department 

The firm are a well known high street name within East Sussex and have a number of firmly established offices in key locations across what has proven to be a consistently profitable are in which to operate. They are seeking to appoint an experienced commercial property lawyer ideally with at least 3yrs+ fee earning experience to take on an existing caseload of work to enable further growth of the Eastbourne team. 

The role requires a self-sufficient individual who is able to manage their own caseload consisting mainly of commercial property, commercial leases and the buying and selling of businesses. The department are looking for someone who takes a pro-active approach, keen to engage with clients and further promote the team as a whole though marketing and networking activity as well as cementing existing relationships with some of the firm's major clients.

The firm are centrally located and easily accessible with both parking available and the mainline station just a short walk away. The firm have a more traditional law office set up allowing a covid safe working environment. A competitive salary is on offer in line with experience as well an established bonus structure for exceeding targets.
