Commercial Property Lawyer - Norwich

A highly regarded commercial law firm are looking to recruit a lawyer to their specialist development team.

Based in their Norwich office the successful candidate will be joining a specialist team of development lawyers as part of one of the UKs leading department.

The department acts on behalf of an impressive array of clients made up of well known private development companies and housing associations.

They offer a full range of services in relation to both residential and commercial development matters covering work such as acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, option agreements, site assembly, overage arrangements, Planning and environmental issues, regeneration schemes, plot sales and funding matters.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in dealing with development matters within a well regarded city, national or regional commercial firm and will be looking to progress their career within a high profile commercial practice.

The firm will pay at the top end of market rate for the area as part of a superb benefits package including a bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare and much more.
