Commercial Property Solicitor - Norwich/Home Working

An extremely well respected commercial property department based in Norwich is looking to add to their team with the recruitment of a commercial property solicitor into their team.

The successful candidate will be joining a team with a great reputation for dealing with good quality commercial property work such as acquisitions and disposals, leases, licenses, development work and commercial landlord and tenant  It is therefore necessary to show experience of working in a similarly broad range of work in these areas in your previous or current role.

In addition to the fee earning side of things it is expected you will be able to demonstrate a keen attitude towards marketing the department in which you work as you will be expected to actively get involved in the business development activities of the firm to contribute towards their continued success.

This firm has a brilliant reputation nationally for the quality of their commercial property offering and is of a size which is big enough to offer a good level of support but small enough so that your hard work and contribution to the success of the firm is noticed and appreciated.

This role would suit an experienced commercial property lawyer looking to progress their career within one of Norfolks leading legal practices.

The salary for this role will be based on experience but will be highly competitive, 25 days annual leave, private healthcare and pension scheme.

The firm is able to offer a hybrid model of office/home working if that is desirable to potential candidates

Please apply ASAP to be considered for this great opportunity and get in touch with Greg at QED legal for further details.
