They are currently looking for junior Commercial Property solicitor or experienced Paralegal that has experience of dealing with a range of commercial property matters within a busy team and handling predominately new build with some sales.

The firm have an extensive client base ranging from individuals to large property investors and deal with a range of commercial property matters including, Acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold land, Commercial leases of offices, shops and industrial units, Site acquisition for regeneration and development and Renewal of business leases. 

They are currently seeking a fee earning paralegal or junior solicitor to take on a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters.Training is important to the firm and you will get help when needed and have the chance to continuously develop your expertise.
