The Role

• Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, leases, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and refinancing
• Running transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
• Negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance
• Working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Providing commercially focused advice tailored to client needs
