Legal 500 firm, one of Brighton's established names, seeking a qualified lawyer to join their specialist commercial litigation team

The firm are very well known for their litigation practice and cover a broad range of contentious matters, including some specialised areas that you won't find at every Brighton practice. 

They are now looking to expand the team and are keen to speak to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with good general commercial litigation experience. You'd be involved with a broad range of commercial disputes which could include real estate matters (not exclusively), professional negligence claims, commercial debt, insurance disputes, commercial contracts, company related disputes to name but a few.

The role would suit a lawyer who enjoys plenty of client interaction, keen to develop their expertise further and contribute to the growth of the practice. Alternate dispute resolution expertise will also be very useful. NQ' junior lawyers are welcome to apply as well as the more experienced lawyer. There is enough scope in the department to accommodate either level or expertise.

The role is largely office based, the firm are centrally located and keen to take on someone for long term development and seniority at the practice
