Commercial Litigation Solicitor

The role involves managing complex, high-value disputes for a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and HNW individuals. Responsibilities include leading cases, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. You will handle a wide variety of disputes, such as contractual and corporate disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, fraud, professional negligence, and regulatory matters.
