I am working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm that is looking to add an experienced commercial litigator to their team in Birmingham City Centre. My client are expanding in a number of areas, with a particular focus on strengthening their well respected commercial litigation offering, and are looking to add a knowledgeable and ambitious solicitor to take on a varied and complex caseload.

The successful candidate can expect to take on a range of matters including:

• Commercial Contract Disputes
• Shareholder Disputes
• Partnership Disputes
• Insolvency
• Copyright and Patent Disputes
• Data Protection Claims and References

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, and will show a willingness to engage in business development and networking opportunities. This role also comes with some (minor) supervisory responsibilities, and so it is crucial that candidates demonstrate a willingness to work well in a team, and can contribute to the strong working culture that my client have developed a reputation for.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
