Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3-7 yr PQE) to be part of this successful Top 50 Birmingham practice and join a  Legal 500 Commercial Litigation department that represents clients both nationally and internationally.

The role will provide exposure to an incredibly varied range of dispute resolution work of real importance, to include litigation, arbitration and ADR.

Your caseload will consist of a wide variety of commercial litigation matters such as :-

• Breach of commercial contracts (including banking and IT)
• Fraud claims
• Professional negligence
• Judicial review
• Other forms of ADR.

You will be well supported at partner level and by other senior fee-earners throughout the whole department.

The role will suit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor currently working in Dispute Litigation for a national or strong regional firm with a keen desire to work with international clients. It is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the biggest firms in Birmingham and one of the strongest Commercial Litigation teams around.
