One of the leading names in East Sussex with a longstanding reputation for providing good quality legal services to both private and business clients. Located at several locations across the region they continue to grow their reach and now seek to add a further litigator to the commercial litigation team.

The Role
A junior lawyer position created due to an increase in business and to form part of the team's overall plan for growth. You will undertake a range of dispute resolution work predominantly for commercial clients covering a broad range of matters including property litigation, debt recovery, contract disputes, intellectual property, director disputes and professional negligence to name a few. The team is made up of three solicitors consisting of one partner and two senior associates therefore you will be ably supported by highly experienced individuals depending on your own level of experience and professional development needs

Suitability 
Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, with a minimum of 1yrs PQE and ideally experience as a paralegal prior to qualifying in dispute resolution and contentious matters. Those with property litigation and debt recovery experience are of particular interest. You should be competent in dealing with straightforward disputes, support will be on hand for the more complex matters and those that are less commonly encountered. 
The team is looking for a committed and engaging individual who is keen to develop professionally and be a genuine team player.
