Description

Our client is for a Legal Counsel / Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their busy and growing in-house legal department. This is a varied position involving drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. This position can be mainly home based but you will need to be able to get into the client's London office one day a week.

  • Have a strong grounding in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts including goods and services agreements, professional services, supplier / distributor agreements, IT agreements & NDA's
  • Be able to assist and help the business on all legal and corporate matters
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a commercial / business outlook to their work

This opportunity could suit a private practice lawyer looking to move their first in-house who could point to good business and commercial skills.

Our client envisages that candidates between 2 and 4 years PQE plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
