A new Top Tier Commercial Firm has emerged, having expanded from their London and southern office. 

They are looking to expand their Corporate and Commercial offerings in Liverpool, and are very keen to speak with commercial lawyers across most of the commercial disciplines in:

- Commercial / IT
- Insolvency and Restructuring
- Commercial Litigation
- Corporate
- Real Estate
- Banking & Finance

They are open to speaking with lawyers across all PQE levels, but in particular those from Senior Associate to Partner level.

The work is derived from London, so there is no requirement for a following.

Salaries

These roles also attract London salaries:

- Experienced Partner £150,000 + and 50% bonus package

- Junior Partner £120,000 - £140,000 + and 40% bonus package

- Senior Associate £90,000 + and 20% bonus package

- Associate £75,000 + 20% bonus package

They are very transparent on their bonus structure, which I am happy to go into more detail about.

Modern Way of Working

There is no annual chargeable hours.

Hybrid Working

They operate a ’non-policy’ policy on hybrid working – which will be determined by each individual team to accommodate individual needs.

Work Life Balance

The most recent Partner to join is an ex-magic circle lawyer, with 2 young children used to work over 60 hours a week, but now enjoys a healthy work life balance, without compromising the quality of the work. He also spends much more time with his children.
