You will however need a minimum of 6 months' experience of processing claims through Stages 1, 2 & 3 of the MOJ Portal as well as dealing with Portal drop outs. You will be provided support from dedicated training personnel and industry recognised lawyers. You will be exposed to a variety of claims to include suspected fraud, credit hire, liability disputes, quantum disputes and LVI's. The majority of the caseload will consist of fast track claims however if you have small track experience then this will also be considered. 

This office is based in the town centre with local parking and within walking distance of the train station. With modern central offices and new computer systems in place everything is made as easy as possible for you to focus on the tasks at hand. As there is further growth planned for this firm you will be based in a young and sociable team environment. Salary circa £19k - £26k with an outstanding benefits scheme.
