Job: Childcare Solicitor – NQ > 8 Years PQE – Hybrid Working
Great new opportunity for an experienced family solicitor who specialises in publicly funded childcare issues at a growing and respected North West firm. Looking for NQ - 8 Year PQE Solicitors.
The role will involve dealing with all childcare work at the firm, as well as providing support and technical expertise to other team members. You will be expected to manage your own caseload of publicly funded childcare work, as well as engaging in marketing activities and acting as an ambassador for the firm. You will be expected to engage in business development and find new business for the firm in addition to handling your own caseload.
The ideal candidates will be qualified with NQ - 8 years PQE in childcare law. It is essential that you have experience with publicly funded childcare cases and have worked on adoption matters in the past. It would be an advantage if you have experience in advocacy, although this is not essential. Excellent client care skills are essential as you will be dealing with vulnerable clients and complicated practicalities.
The role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience and a great benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work from their Blackburn office as well as being able to work on a hybrid basis. Salary for this role is £35,000 to £45,000 with scope for progression.
