This department are well known for their ability to act on complex structured transactions, particularly real estate and development financings. The team is able to act for borrowers, lenders & investors so they are capable of offering a full well rounded service to all clients and deal with high street and challenger banks, lenders and investment funds, private equity investors, asset managers, high-net worth individuals and borrowers. This team have approved panel status with 90% of the major UK banks and their expertise extends to corporate lending, leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance and project finance

The majority of staff split their time between home & the office, usually on a 50/50 basis with scope to start & finish at a suitable time to accommodate your personal life.
