A leading national firm are looking for Associates with between 1 and 4 Years’ PQE to join their growing Banking & Finance team in London.

The Role

This Firm’s Banking & Finance practice regularly advises banks, funders and borrowers on real estate finance (both investment and development), leveraged finance and corporate banking transactions.

Joining a growing and supportive team, you will work closely with established Partners on a range of complex transactions for notable clients, including:

Asset-based lending: helping clients unlock the value in unpaid trade receivables and other fixed and current assets, and giving lenders the documentation they need to help customers access flexible working capital and grow their businesses.

Real estate finance: advising borrowers and lenders on how to balance legal and commercial risk in lending transactions where the primary security is real estate.

Acquisition finance: acting for UK and overseas lenders, borrowers and sponsors in relation to a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

Supply chain finance: acting for both lenders and borrowers, using templates created by this practice.

The Candidate

Candidates should be admitted as a Solicitor in a U.K jurisdiction and have between 1 and 4 Years’ PQE. Some prior experience in Banking and/or Finance would be preferable, but applications are encouraged from Applicants with more general transactional experience who would like to develop a practice in Banking & Finance.
